Client website · Home renovation

A visual foundation for trust and enquiries.

Bathrooms A to Z needed more than a conventional trade website. The business had a broad renovation offer, a growing body of completed work and customers looking for visual reassurance before making contact.

The website brings those elements together through project imagery, location-focused service content, customer reviews and a clear route to enquiry.

The brief

Completed work needed to become the centre of the website.

Bathrooms A to Z needed a website that could show a wide range of completed work, organise a broad renovation offer and give customer feedback a credible place to live.

It also needed to present services in a local context and guide visitors from browsing real projects towards making an enquiry or requesting a quotation.

The challenge

Good work was difficult to communicate through words alone.

Bathroom and kitchen renovation is a highly visual service. Prospective customers want to see the standard and range of previous work, understand what the business can deliver and feel confident that the complete project can be handled properly.

A conventional trade website would not provide enough evidence on its own. The website therefore needed to make completed work, customer feedback and practical service information central to the experience.

The page is structured around evidence: finished work, visible feedback, local relevance and a clear route to request a quotation.

The approach

Build the customer journey around evidence.

The website was structured around completed projects, detailed service information and customer feedback. A substantial visual gallery gives the work room to speak for itself, while the review system and location-focused content add context and reassurance.

01

Show the work

Completed bathrooms, kitchens and interior features become the main proof of capability.

02

Make trust visible

Customer feedback, ratings and supporting content have a dedicated place within the website.

03

Create a clear next step

Visitors can move naturally from browsing completed projects to making direct contact.

What the website supports

More than a visual portfolio.

Project-led gallery

A substantial visual library presents completed bathrooms, kitchens and interior work as central evidence of capability.

Customer review system

Ratings, written feedback and customer-submitted material have a dedicated place within the website.

Location-focused content

Manchester and Greater Manchester service information gives local visitors a more relevant entry point.

Clear service architecture

Bathroom, kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi and wider home-improvement services are organised into a clearer journey.

Responsive experience

The website remains understandable and usable across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Visible enquiry routes

Calls to action connect project evidence and service information with quotation and contact routes.

Content growth

New projects, reviews and regional service content can be added as the business develops.

Technical foundation

A performance-conscious Joomla implementation supports visual content, structured pages and ongoing maintenance.

The experience

Completed projects become the strongest part of the story.

For a renovation business, photographs are not supporting decoration. They are evidence of finish, range and attention to detail.

Performance

Strong performance for a highly visual website.

The supplied Lighthouse tests show that an image-led website can still provide a fast and responsive experience when its implementation is handled carefully.
